How do I track my online order?
 

Orders are processed within 1-2 days after payment.+ shipped within 3-4 days after processing time. Customers will receive a confirmation email along with the tracking information and number once the order is shipped. 

 

What are your delivery options?

Free in-store pick-up available were located at 335 North Superior Toledo, Ohio 43604. Email confirmation with pick-up instructions within 24 hours of payment. Standard shipping is also available in the U.S via FedEx, UPS., or USPS.

 

How do I return an item?

Exchanges can be made in-store with a valid receipt within 30 days. Customers must pay the cost of shipping and handling to mail-in online returns to the store.

Do you provide International delivery?
 

No, we do not offer international delivery at this time

 

 

What is your returns policy?
 

We do not provide cash refunds. We will accept exchanges or store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt. All items must be in original condition and unworn. Sale and clearance items are FINAL SALE

ABOUT US

Shoe Envy was started in 2020 during the pandemic. Best friends Ariana and Shante decided to go into business selling sandals. We were having a hard time finding sandals that we liked. So we started our business with no idea where it would end up going. From selling merchandise out of our homes and cars. We decided this year that we would open a brick and motar. Being a small black business owners has always been a dream of ours.
